Qualifications

-You must be a resident of the state of Illinois

– You must currently be a Senior in high school in good standing

– You must have significant (severe to profound) hearing loss in one or both ears

– The Dean Ritter Foundation will give special consideration to those with financial need, but scholarship decisions are not made solely on a financial basis.
